I specialize in supporting women through pregnancy and postpartum, helping couples strengthen their relationship, and providing trauma therapy for those who have experienced painful or overwhelming life events. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling exhausted, emotionally flooded, or uncertain about how to move forward — even when things “look fine” on the outside.
With couples, I use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help partners move out of painful cycles of conflict, shutdown, or disconnection and into a relationship that feels safer, more responsive, and more secure. With individuals, I provide EMDR therapy to support healing from birth trauma and other experiences that continue to impact your nervous system, relationships, or sense of self.
With more than 19 years of experience as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I offer a grounded, relational approach that is both warm and direct. Therapy with me is collaborative and deeply respectful — a place where you can feel understood, supported, and challenged in ways that lead to real change.
